Great save but still too gimmicky for my liking. The constant skate into the zone, skate out of the zone with the puck. It's not Hockey! It's a cul de sac pick up game!

There is no injury crippling enough to justify being passed by the Sabres in the standings. I think Berube will be fine the rest of the year as long as they don't stay in last place.

They've been a scary contender for the past 5-7 years or whatever it's been, but now they're just operating at a crazy level. They're led by one of the biggest hockey psyocopaths (complimentary) in recent memory in MacKinnon, and have the best defenseman of his generation in Makar. Their goalie tandem is Scott Wedgewood and MacKenzie Blackwood, yet somehow they look like a Hasek/Roy tandem. I haven't watched them much yet this year, but I assume the secret sauce is just that they have the puck ALL THE TIME. Seems like a good recipe, but rather difficult against teams full of NHL players.
