For anyone that doesn't know, Dube was among the Canadian WJC players that were accused of and cleared of sexual assault. While cleared of the charges, Dube's role as described in the players texts that were used in court doesn't exactly scream high character guy.
That's another great point. Guys like Johnston tend to be great locker room guys. I mean heck, Chris Thorburn was so beloved he's still a full time employee of the team. I just am also not sure where he fits in right now. It'd be a bet on the future of a guy who was the third overall pick 3 years ago that has improved every year and could be a star. McMichael is a good player, but is what he is at this point.
